The History
In the summer of 2008 the St. Albans Chamber
of Commerce, the St. Albans Development Authority (STARDA),and the
Blueprint Communities began discussion about the possibility of
combining their efforts to provide a more comprehensive and efficient
organization. The goal was to provide businesses and citizens a positive
and effective management structure and to maximize the financial, land,
and human resources of our community.
After many meetings and discussions this initiative has
resulted in the formation of a collaborative organization incorporated
as the St. Albans Business and Community Development Group, LLC and to
be known as the "St. Albans Partnership."
The Partnership will provide many positive and significant projects, events,
programs and business incentives to keep Saint Albans a viable business
and cultural community.
We invite all organizations to explore the opportunities of
becoming members of the St. Albans Partnership.
